Each meticulously considered detail tells a story of care, intention, and community as if Ryan were designing for a cherished friend. Dunamis House comes alive through the heartfelt contributions of AD100 designers and artists, including the artwork of James Mobley, a mural by Sergui D. Robleto, one-of-a-king lamps from Ceramicah, and custom furniture by Empiric.

Each student has access to a furnished room, freshly prepared meals, and communal spaces, including kitchen and dining areas, a screening room, a lounge, a podcast studio, and a barbershop.
